    The current smoothing is just a bit too much - makes short (10-20s) intervals awkward.

  • You're pacing 10-20s intervals? They're sprints. Do 'em flat out and you shouldn't be able to read the power values mid-effort anyway.

  • And it wouldn't matter at all, except that SF is now using (what it thinks is) my 5s max to set the intensity in some of the workouts.
