Wonder what is custom about it other than just pressing a sleeve in to it.
I wonder if you can press it out and into a new one?

New BB ordered, 2019 has been expensive so far!
Could get the old one out by destroying the old dead bearing, then freeze the sleeve, heat the new bearing and it might press in Ok with an appropriate drift.
