It's quite easy to keep hunger and thirst at a decent level (easier than something like Stranded Deep) - the oxygen supply is more of an issue I find, especially if you get lost in a cave...
Would recommend not reading anything more about it if you plan on playing it though. Story elements were a complete surprise to me and made the game a lot more exciting.

I saw that on Steam, wasn't so sure, but it sound rather good, though it was one of those survival games where you die after 5 minutes being confused until I read there's actually a back story.
