@rhb @juanito I felt very uneasy about it at first because I'm obviously nowhere near the best ultra runner anywhere but I was finally persuaded that as I turned up and won it I should talk about it.
Sub 2:45 I think is very achievable, I'd like to shoot for a sub 2:40.
