We have a water meter, I never knew we had a water meter. I’ve been paying flat rates. I asked them what I would have paid on a meter since we have lived here they told me I’d have paid less on the meter and I could switch now backdated to when I moved in. I’m now £300 in credit. Thanks Thames.
