Park Tool PMP-5 also worth a shout being extremely flexibles regardless of what frame sizes which actually be quite useful giving the vast difference in frame geometry nowadays making a fixed frame pump only to work with a specific frame shape.
The Zefal HPX as mentioned above is definitely the go-to choice of pump in term of value/longevity/reliability, it's

Frame pumps are hot again. You don't need pegs, a piece of Velcro strap will be supplied.

The joy of fixing a flat with a properly sized pump is totally worth it. I won't buy or use a mini pump ever again.
