Thought I'd ask if anyone wanted my sister's place but it went on the market xmas eve and they've had an offer at asking price already.
Bonkers to think I could've swapped my modest two bed flat for it and still had change. It's even in a nice part of Leeds, compared to a slightly shit bit of London.
