Thought not. I have one, but I'd quite like the thing it's plugged into (amp) to be able to power it. There are probably hundreds of good reasons not to do this.
If your amp has usb sockets you should be able to use those for power (although sometimes they're not powerful enough, I've had to use a 2x USB to 1x micro USB to get round that before).
Obviously for sound you'll still need to plug in via the HDMI/optical/3.5mm jack.
Does your amp not have a usb socket? Take power from that. Then use the 3.5mm line out (or even the mini optical inside it, if your amp has an optical digital-in) to take sound into the amp.
Powered yes, output as in audio output? No.
