FS: CAAD12 Disc 56cm frameset

I haven’t fully let go of this yet so I reserve the right to withdraw it from sale. Absolutely the best road bike frame I’ve ever ridden and I’d only be selling it because I have another disc road bike that will take bigger tyres.
Max on this frame is about 30c.

Frame is 56cm which measures out around 56 TT, 58 ST to the top. Geo easily found online. I believe this is 2016 model.
Rad Kleinesque paint job orange to purple fade.
Post mount front, full carbon fork.
Flat mount rear.

Issues with it:
Paint is now chipped in a few places and more badly chipped and scraped on the non drive side of the down tube from when a Westminster council worker pushed a bin cart into me. One cable stop on the downtube has been drilled out to accept a di2 wire. So can either be used as electronic, 1x or bodged some other way. I used a 3d printed cable stop that fit in the hole but it’s not a permanent solution.
Comes with headset, rotor bb30 bearings, China carbon 25.4 seatpost in Enve style and bottom bracket cable guide which is for full outer rear brake and electric front mech. I may have a mechanical one knocking around if I can find it.

Price is £250 collected from SW15.
No dibs, person with the HHSRBest build plans will buy it.

Hi Phil, French guy is interested in the frame. What's the issue with the cable stop? Is the frame insert missing, or frame been drilled to pass di2 wire?

There is a cable stop where the cable for one of the derailleurs enters the downtube. It is part of the frame but has been drilled out, as you say, for a di2 wire. So there are 3 holes in the downtube, one still has a stop in it, on the left hand side which can be used for routing either derailleur, then a hole for the rear brake which is full outer cable or hydro hose, and now another hole where there should be a stop.

You can see in the picture where I had it built up, around the gear cable entering the frame is a white plastic piece which was the 3d printed cable stop. I should still have the file somewhere for another to be produced, possibly in metal this time
