They're definitely real, I've ordered stuff from them - customer service was a bit iffy but not a scam!
I'd have ordered the tyres myself but don't think they're the tubeless ones.

They are really good from my experience. Got the wrong thing from them, phoned up, got a free returns label sent out and ordered the new item same day. Full refund and the item I meant to order arrived really quickly.
