  • Bravo!

  • T2: Trainspotting was on NFx, so finally got round to watching it. As far as sequels go it was pretty okay. Didn’t have high expectations so felt it was totally acceptable.

  • The Sisters Brothers, beautiful film

  • Saw the new predator, awful.

  • Probably a repost from a year or two ago but it's on youtube now. A lovely Christmas watch

    https://youtu.be/mXpSrT7jVb0

  • Just watched the M.I.A documentary and about to watch Blackkklansman

    Merry Christmas all

  • The Goonies followed by Muppets then Home Alone. Adulting at its finest.

  • purchased blackkklansman looking forward towatch tomorrow missus Rich G wants to watch the MIA doc. snap! happy xmas 👍

  • Both excellent!

  • finally got the GF to sit through 'the comic strip present... mr jolly lives next door'

immediately had to roll through to ' five go mad in dorset' on her insistence

    I miss rik mayall. :(

  • mr jolly lives next door

Fantastic, not seen that for years and the best comic strip film IMO.

  • Watched The Snowman (Raymond Briggs) for the n+1 time today and sat there with tears streaming down my face 95% of the time. Had to change my t-shirt at the end of it.

Don't know if it's just that I'm getting old or simply that I'm a soft-lad, but an outstanding film in many ways.

  • The newer one with the dog also gets me too

  • Coco (Disney Pixar) was our watch yesterday, a bit of a tear jerker too, worked for ages 3 - 93, interesting story.

  • it's on vimeo (no ads) and more 4.

best and for some reason most overlooked. it somehow escaped my attention until about 10 years ago when a mate brought a burned dvd-r copy round for our "xmas 2" mates christmas day. given I was watching the young ones since i was 2-3 with my dad it was a bit like being christian and finding out jesus himself wrote an extra book of the bible.

  • My Christmas evening shit movie was Piranha.

    What a crazy crazy film.

Spring break, porn shoot, lost children, prehistoric piranha fish, awful CGI, uber-gore.

It was incredible. I didn't watch the last half hour as I fell asleep. I have no idea how the day was saved by the mom-sherrif and the nice guy from Parks and Rec, but I don't really care. Naked boobaliscious parascending girl with ragged legless bloody stumps was probably the pinnacle of the storyline.

  • I remember adverts for it in 3D on the sides of buses some years ago. Always tempted.

Just watched The Domestics. Excellent post-apocalyptic road trip movie.

  • The Sisters Brothers, film. Highly recommend please watch instead Piranha 3d.
Amaze cast amaze slow storytelling story that takes unexpected turns. IMO one of the very best films this year. Available for purchase from usual sites

  • Purchased but waiting on a watch, will move it to top of the list.

  • We watched BlackkKlansmen this Christmas, which was significantly better than being forced to watch Frozen last year

  • What did the kids reckon?

  • I am the kids. It was ace.

  • Stake Land. Not bad, not bad at all.

  • The Meg. I liked it a lot

    don’t @ me
