I couldn't work out why the ten times price difference but yours is rated four times the depth than mine.
Looked yours up.
Think the biggest differences are Seiko vs ETA, Brass, vs Bronze, thicker case, thicker sapphire.
Edit: The ETA is roughly x6 more expensive than the NH38. Not that your watch is any less good at telling the time than mine!
To be honest it isn't going to be in a diving scenario. Caving may be the closest it ever gets.
