the build was a bit thrown together, have a small shopping list post Xmas.
bigger tyres (paselas maybe?) -8 gloss black stem (researching currently) might go for slightly flared bars, bigger range rear cassette, replace silver 105 mechs for black, longer term some new wheels.
unfortunately wasn't able to fit the guards as I don't have a thread chaser and the eyelets were a bit painty.
rides real good!

A friend has some wheels, so I’m going to try them at some point, I’m hopeful but not sure. Did some quick measurements, 325mm from axle etc, hard to tell without removing bike from our storage / having the wheel off etc!

We have bikes, we don’t want to buy more!

Which crank is that? Looks like a 7400 but I thought they didn't exist in black?

Probably painted or maybe even anodized.

Would also guess its anodized. Isn't there a faint Dura Ace visible?

I doubt I'll see him again before next year's brevets, but I think he told me he had anodised the cranks on his beige and orange 26in tourer thing.
@Jaap in my opinion the Tune saddle is a catastrophy, no matter what bike.

No mini rear shock. NEXT!

Hideous. Imo. No suspension needed, the whole point for me was to loose the suspension, the cost, the weight and the servicing!

Yeah I was pretty pleased with it and it’s held up well.
Underneath it’s the neon green paint job which I roughed up but didn’t remove so if it does chip, the chips will be bright green
