What is the seat tube CTT?

hi, ctt is 58cm, but consider leader ax has a longher seat tube than normal frame, so the "standard" ctt is 53.5cm

Can you tell me the length from saddle rail to bottom bracket as pictured? I think it may be too big in the seat tube. I never have much seatpost showing due to my small legs.

to rail is 66cm from centre the crank, you can low max 3cm, no more...so the minimum distance is 63cm
