Today's long run was awesome. Three of us set off from Overton Hill at 8am, one was only planning on running the first 17km. We had a short rain shower in the morning but otherwise really good weather. Not too cold, tailwind most of the way, amazing views, and arrived down at the road to Streatley where our lift home was waiting at a little after 4pm. A bit over 40 miles in a bit over 8 hours.
10/10 would impromptu low key long run again.
