Feels like they want all the benefits of being a community asset without paying for the upkeep.
Not sure that it’s any worse than how arsenal put the screws to Highbury and Islington, except that Newham is a markedly poorer borough.
PR team will have to leap into action to remedy the negative press, unless they believe all will be forgiven once the stadium is up and running..
