Dunno if those thermo reflective are the same as the regular thermo gloves but I have them and when it gets really cold (like 5 deggos or less, like it has already this year) my fingers got really really, painfully cold in them.
For me their range overlaps too much with the defeet merino gloves I have. Dunno if I'd buy them again. (certainly not for #80)

I've been looking for something similar - ICNY used to do some cool running gear, I don't think the fit would work on the bike though... shame...
