Mine snapped right down the middle, not sure if you can repair that! There weren't any obvious cracks or anything but they'd definitely been dropped more than once.
Managed to do it an hour into an 8 hour courier shift, really not ideal!

Damn, I have a pair of cubitts.. with sunglass prescription lenses so don’t wear them all the time, but these snaps are a concern.. they are reasonably priced though and have a good range of styles for men and women

That is good service! I've never snapped a pair of acrylic specs - mine have always gone at a hinge - but I guess they do sometimes go there; think of the 'NHS specs taped at the bridge' nerd stereotype.

That's what happened to mine. They glued them together with acetone but didn't get them 100% straight so didn't sit right after the repair. They're still intact though so I've kept them as backup. I'm pretty much blind without them so being without for even a few hours is hopeless.

Nice one! I was expecting a question on how to fix acrylic frames but nice to hear they sorted it out. Had a similar thing a while ago when mine snapped in two. My optician tried to repair them but it didn’t work out well enough so had to get a new pair
Mine broke during wiping too, but due to a crack that appeared earlier when I dropped them, sounds like a similar thing happened to you
