I guess I should settle for a compromise since I seldom do mud-only rides as I live in a city & it takes a while before you get to the mud. Not getting much riding in for the rest of the year, but will probably give them a punt in January.
Yeah, I’m using 40mm Nanos at the moment. They don’t grip all that well in sloppy mud. Was getting a bit of wheelspin. Also getting sideways quite a bit, but there’s some grip on the edges so didn’t find myself going down. They seem to be good for road/mud combo rides, which I do a lot. If I was off-road only then I’d get something more aggressive.
