Look at the shape of the them. Round and smooth with nay a crack of paint in sight. They're also on the TT, so minimal stress.
Chain-stay one is a little more concerning; saying that however, if not cracked by now, I'd ride till it does.

Had good use since the dents so don't need to wear the bubble wrap suit anymore. Unless your hitting the vert-ramps I'd say your safe.

I had one of these, with a very similar dent in the top tube. Tiny cracks started to form from the edge of the dent, then spread out around the tube.

How long after did the cracks appear after the dents happened?

Good question. The dent was done by the PO, who then filled it and painted the bike, and sold it to me. I noticed the cracks, spreading out from either side of the (hidden, invisible) dent, and took some sandpaper to the frame to find out what was going on. With this bike it would be easier to see what is going on, and I honestly don’t know how long it would be before the dent sprouts cracks- might be years.
My dent was on the top tube just before it joined the seat tube.
