On a slightly more serious note, what rim tape are you using? You might be able to get something thinner in which will give a little more wiggle room.
Whatever shit stuff came on the wheels. I do have some other stuff somewhere, is it worth trying?
Depends what it is and how thick it is. I've noticed tubeless ready rims are a bit more tricky to fit tyres to but there were some annoying combos in the past, before TLR, so perhaps it's no worse than before, just seems it.
