Try and work out how often you'll use the doors and plan accordingly... If you won't often open the bifolds, then consider making your window to the right a door to the garden (drainage willing), you could then have frameless glazing in the dining area?
If you opt for bi-folds, then don't skimp on the model used as some mechanisms and seals age poorly. Definitely don't introduce the flat roof (as it will be more problematic and expensive).
