I don't mean to be a Seiko-basher, but I just wouldn't want a watch with one of their lower-end movements; they just aren't great compared to ETAs.
I feel the same about the Miyota in the Everest models. I appreciate the low price, but I’d honestly rather pay a bit more and have it with an ETA, or clone.
I'm quite fond of the rotor noise tbh. I accept that I'm weird.
