They aren’t too much like the moccs you posted, but I couldn’t resist these NOS... it’s been too cold to wear them since purchase. These are pretty rare Varese shoes, probably zero value but hard pressed to find another pair now I guess.
They are one of the few pairs of rubber soled leather shoes I’ve bought. Kinda saving them for that weather.
Quite liked the open tongue, woven top and wraparound stitching. Bit grandad-y, but way classier than a boat shoe.

@fredtc thank you for the links and your opinion, too ;-) I am embracing the New England lifestyle now that I am a NY resident... I've spent the last week in Vermont and New Hampshire and can't get moc's out of my head... I should add - I definitely am not looking for boat shoes. I really dislike them. A traditional New England Moc/Blucher/Guide boot is what I'm after.
