Yeah sure. But in training, for components, reliability>speed.

Thanks babes, I had no idea you don't need your fastest wheels for training (it's more to do with budget than reliability though, wheels don't start falling apart as they go deeper).
Maybe I was asking the owner about his wheels as his area of interest and level of expertise set him apart in this place.
