I bought this little gold-plated Omega off Ebay months ago and put a new strap on it. It's my wife's Christmas present. Seems to be keeping good time and she'll like the patina.
Three questions.
1) How do I get the back off? Just out of curiosity, really.
2) What chance that it's a fake? The original listing had a couple of internal pictures, showing Omega engravings. Is this a good indicator?
3) Why do these little mechanical Omegas sell relatively cheap? This was little more than £50, which surprised me. I'm either lucky, gullible or ignorant. Hopefully the former.
