We're getting there. Made some adjustments from the initial test-ride and took it for another today.

Still to do:
- Trim the bars down a wee bit and install the grips.
- Install some sort of dampener between the basket & rack bed to stop rattling.
- Correct an issue where the chain contacts the kickstand in some gears while riding
- Install a quick-release system for the saddlebag (this will take some kluging).
- Fenders.
- Dynamo Lights.
- Some sort of not-stupid waterbottle holder.

Looks great!

I had dampening success with something like this when I put an old wire shopping basket on my shopper bike.

Also - Carradice have already done the QR bag release. Nice. But pricey.

Looks like the springs on the Brooks would interfere, no? Maybe just a cotton inner bag you can take out when you go walkies.

Bike is all kinds of classy!
