We're getting there. Made some adjustments from the initial test-ride and took it for another today.

Still to do:
- Trim the bars down a wee bit and install the grips.
- Install some sort of dampener between the basket & rack bed to stop rattling.
- Correct an issue where the chain contacts the kickstand in some gears while riding
- Install a quick-release system for the saddlebag (this will take some kluging).
- Fenders.
- Dynamo Lights.
- Some sort of not-stupid waterbottle holder.

A stem bag would be an easy fix.

If you're not feeling that route, maybe attach a couple cages to the metal bands on the rear of the basket facing the rider?
