So what size is it? I've several frames bigger than 63 and those seatstays look steep, it's definitely a 63?

Hi scotts, thanks for the question. I bought this a s a 63cm frame, hence my description. As accurately as I can measure it is 63.5cm. So a 25" more accurately. You can have the 5mm for free ;-) (I'm measuring bb centre to top of top tube along the axis of the seat tube)
The stays look steep in part due to the location tab on the Pauls dropouts. The adjusters on these are a really nice bit of kit to use btw.

Crop - you don't like the upstand? It could be shortened easily.

No. It could, I know but it's an additional expense/thing to have to do.
