@Tenners yep a mm rule, should show it’s 200mm (20cm) in length. I have black bouncy castle but I also have a couple other black materials. I can line ripstop with 1mm foam so it’s nice and sturdy, too.

If you guys are interested, I’ll see if I can find my original pattern for the jersey pocket pouch tomorrow, and add the rear pocket and make something from cordura or ripstop.

Just having a go with the bouncy castle. I think if you are happy with a bare edge I can make it nice and flat, because turning inside out at this size isn’t working well.

Actually, although it goes a bit bulky on the corners, once heated the bouncy castle will fold out quite okay. I could probably iron it flatter, but as-is retains the characteristics of the material. Zip isn’t ideal, was first one off the pile.

Yeah seems about the right size to me - good stuff!

Just made one in red cordura with a chunky zip, slightly different on the back, but same dimensions. Have to iron it flat to be sure it’s square; something about this red cordura, I get slightly wonky results sometimes. Must be slipping under the machine

Looks wicked - how much and what colours of cordura do you have?

At the moment I only have that red. I have a little bit of grey left, but that’s nearly all gone now. I also have some thinner black plastic that might work, which was from a car (the roll-out boot sun cover thing).

Just made this oversized one too, for the big notebook.

Just waiting to hear back from EB who has first dibs, otherwise these red ones are up for grabs. Was thinking £20 posted for the small one, £30 posted for the big one, or both for £40 posted. That’s by RM first class recorded so should arrive by the weekend if sent today.

If EB does grab these ones, I will make a couple more. Got enough red cordura left for a few more.

Interested in these, would it be possible/feasible to add extra fabric for those areas where you’d get extra rub?
So lip of pockets, corners?

Interested in the smaller one, I think, need to check on how big my essentials case is, as I’d like something which is big enough to hold a couple of inner tubes plus the other gubbins.

Also would it be possible to add some sort of loop to hold a lezyne pump?
