Might still take a while though, but then, I'm not really in a hurry, it's more of a spring/summer wheelset...

Just remembered: using HM washers + 3.5mm nipple bed may result in a somewhat 'short' amount visible nipple on the finished wheel, which depending on your taste, might look a little odd. May be worth considering 16mm nipples if it's a bother... Will post some photos soon for consideration.

It doesn't sound like something I would mind massively tbh (as long as it doesn't impact anything functionally), but if you do find pics, I'd like to have a look!
