i hate this bit of powerscroft road, i don't think there's space for someone to overtake safely whilst also keeping clear of the door zone. that's why my positioning is aggressive.
i don't really know why i retreated on to the pavement, i think maybe i felt a bit safer having street objects, bollards etc between me and the car. i felt safer once i'd noticed he had got out of the car and it couldn't be aimed at me, hence why i stopped and decided to give him an earful.
if the rider in the thrasher sweater is on here, thank you for stopping and asking if i was ok. i was more brisk than i would have liked to have been. i was feeling embarrassed and ashamed by the whole thing and just wanted to get home as soon as possible.
the second clip approx a minute in shows what i perceive to be an additional close pass further down the road after they had got back in their car and caught up with me. spidey senses were tingling so i opted to just get to the side. https://youtu.be/9G5saidF1nY
