That's it. It's piqued my curiosity since I read that too. For the sake of £20 and based on the tasting notes, it seems worth a punt.

Shackleton whisky has a rich and rewarding taste with an initial wave of treacle toffee, molasses, demerara sugar and sweet sultanas, followed by glazed pineapple, freshly baked bread, mango cake and hot mulled wine, finishing with a sprinkling of pontefract cake, praline chocolate and oolong tea. On nose buttery vanilla, toffee apple, brioche with marmalade, followed by cinnamon spice, cooked apples, banana bread and ginger cake, finishing with a hint of gentle smoke, salted bananas, liquorices and creme Brule.
Anyone tried the ‘Shackleton Blend’? Currently half price at £20 on Amazon. The other £20 was probably the execssive marketing, but wondering how decent the actual spirit is...
