In theory it's 20% VAT but no duty. The courier will also generally charge a processing fee (although there is an argument that you're not liable for that as you didn't contract the courier).
When I ordered one they declared it at $50 for some reason so I paid about £15-£20 (most of it being the processing fee).

I thought there was a 4.5% Duty on watches from Hong Kong (at least that's was a overly complicated government website hinted at)?
Anyway, I've set aside £50 to cover it.
It would of been £6 cheaper if I'd ordered it today due to the drop in the pound after May's announcement about the delayed vote! 🙄
