I think I'd like a power meter for my winter bike, for training. Barring building a disc powertap wheel, I'd need crank based bb30.
Is it worth trying to pick up a second hand quarq for about £250, if the new is £475? I prefer to save a bit of cash but given that I think power meters are probably a bit more susceptible to being broken by misuse is it better to spend more and get the warranty as first owner?
and relatedly, what's quarq's warranty like?
