I get that. Just £300 for the chainset and not sure on the cassette, this is still a bit of an enigma to me. Doesn't seem that crazy given how much less effort it seems with wiring junction box battery etc? Given I'd probably get it on 0%.
Another alternative seems to upgrade my current Ulterga 6800 to Di2 to but seems a relatively expensive way to do it.
I have no experience of electronic shifting. So may well be missing something.

SRAM Etap HRD does anyone have any experience?
It's not that much more than Ultegra Di2 disc and seems a lot less faff!?
