Just signed up for this as I've got pretty bored with Zwift. Not actually done anything yet but have read quite a bit of stuff. It explains things pretty well.

What’s your plan to get ready for whatever it is you end up doing this year given the child? Curious given my circumstance.

Yeah, it's decent. I just pick a plan and do sessions that suit.
I'm not using it for serious training just ad hoc sessions until I'm doing proper stuff when I go back to DIY. Do a ramp test... #trmeme
