It’s not just a Chelsea problem. It’s not just a London problem. Burnley have banned fans recently.
However could all name 10 clubs where it’s more likely to happen and the same names would come up repeatedly.

It's been shown many many times that Middlesbrough FC is the only club in the football prymid to not have any racist supporters. They say it's due to the high high calibre of supporter.

Sadly, twats like that are crawling out of the woodwork and feeling empowered. Racist shit, anti Semitic, sectarian crap is at a peak. I haven’t heard it but some people have told me of Rommy Robinson and FLA chants from small groups as well.
If, however, you think it is just a Chelsea problem, you are closing your eyes to a far greater issue.
