When you said just "2nd class" on the last page I thought you mighta gone for a non-tracked service.
In my experience, they don't 'lose' tracked parcels anything like as often as they they do untracked ones.

It's been a while since I've had an issue as a buyer on ebay other than failed / incorrect delivery.
Can someone suggest what I should do /my rights re the below?
Mrs H bought a cushion cover on my eBay. It turned up and is actually a fucking awful low res printed photo of another cushion. I mean it's proper shit.

Yeah, you're not getting a response.
Just open an eBay dispute - You'll have to do it at some point anyway (the first step of which is to contact the seller...) so you might as well save some time do it now. -

However, we do not accept returns. We have stated in the description that the ítem may vary due to the photography and screen settings. When it comes to the photo resolution, it is in HD. If you click on the image it will zoom in. Furthermore, we would restrain from returning a pillow because of hygienic reasons.
Did you try the product on the cushion and ironed it as well? For better results.

Basically if you Google imaged a cushion design you liked, then uploaded it to one of those photo cushion websites, it looks like that.

I've bought a small bits of aluminium extrusion twice, from 2 different ebay sellers but the paypal name is the same.
I've only realised the paypal account is the same as I've had to open disputes on both transactions as I've failed to receive the item in question.
There seems to be no way to report this to ebay.
So, avoid buying anything from Wondergood and Glad2017.

Ok, I know that items that are re-listed or sold/listed in multiple quantities are exempt from the offer.. Does that mean that
Hypothetically - if you have multiple items, list one during the promotional window, sell it fixed price/offer and then do another separate listing (still within the promo window) for an identical item they will both qualify?
In my case: Sold something (stating UK postage only and with non international postage). Fella from Italy purchases - he seemed completely sound with good feedback - then messages 15 mins later realising his mistake and asking of I'd be happy to post or, with no prejudice and an apology, to please cancel transaction at his request. I've cancelled transaction. Can I now list this item again - not click re-list (within promo window) item - and still get the offer?

If multiple items at end of description put (1) then (2) and so on and you’ll qualify as they techinically aren’t duplicates as the title is different!

Ideal - that makes sense. Should then the same apply to my issue with the gent who's cancelled the item. I can list it again within the promotional period just with a slight amendment to the title and they will be essentially a completely separate non duplicate item?

Yes mate just add an extra word on title.
Nothing more annoying when someone cancels a £1 seller fee sale but at least you have more time to relist.
It’s happened to me but after the offer period had ended on quite an expensive item so properly annoying 👍
In my experience Royal Mail are very good about these things. I can't remember how long they ask you to wait but the online process is here:
