@CheeseWheel if you go for a screw-top flask also look at the SIGG hot & cold offerings (the regular ones, not the hot & cold ONE). I like the design a lot more, they seem to keep drinks hot / cold better than other flasks and are really ok to drink straight out of if you don't bring a mug.
