Scottish /European fleets that grab the majority of quota.
I don't really care much about fishing to be honest, but my understanding is that the UK fishing quota was by vessel (back in the day), which the UK fisherman sold to big European fisheries. So, they took their fishing rights and have already profited from them.

The inshore fleet are very brexity and feel (rightly) hard done by by the big Scottish /European fleets that grab the majority of quota.
