How cheap is cheap?
Ambrosio Excellight 32h rims on DA front hub and Tiagra rear hub...ss dB spokes...recently built....pics on request...Shimano/SRAM 8-10 speed freehub...no brake on rear and minimal on front Inc rim tape and skewers.
Or...Shimano Ultegra 6500 on Velocity Escape tubular rims with Tufo 21mm tubs included...with sealant.
Both excellent and not asking the earth for either.
