I keep a quiet eye out for them and there has not been any on the Radar for a while :(.

I worked in a bike shop in the 70's and among other things it was my job to polish the frames hung up for sale in the shop. We had a Speedwell on sale (sale or return as too expensive to buy and hang up as an ornament) which I had to polish regularly and have hankered for one since.

In idle times I have wondered about searching US sites..

God arent they just beautiful!
How expensive were they in their day?

There was a frame/fork IN MY SIZE for sale on here a couple of years ago. I futzed and fretted and missed buying it and have regretted ever since. Beautiful, yes.

Yeah, that’s mine... I didn’t hear anything on here though, so stuck it up on eBay when there was a cheap listing weekend.

If people are still interested from the forum, i’d be happy to remove from eBay.

Yes, it’s currently on eBay though
