The only little gripe I have about the first gen GW690 is the spool retainer mechanism. If you dont keep the pressure on the roll the exposed spool is wound wayyyy too loose. Plus the bits that come out from bottom are fiddly. The modern red button thing is much nicer.
I am yet to pixel-peep and compare to Mamiya 7.
For India in Jan I am thinking GSW690 and GF670.
