I have discovered that many quite normal people of my acquaintance are regular listeners to The Archers. In case this also applies to cyclists.
A venn diagram of normal people and cyclists would probably have a very small area of overlap. It would probably resemble the sane people/brexiteer venn diagram.

A thread in which to discuss the everyday events in Ambridge.
I have to confess surprise that, thanks to Social Media, I have discovered that many quite normal people of my acquaintance are regular listeners to The Archers. In case this also applies to cyclists, I thought that it would be rather nice to have a safe space on this forum within which to discuss the comings and goings in Ambridge.
My enjoyment of The Archers has been enhanced in recent times by the advent of the iPlayer and now BBC Sounds, which mean that I never have to miss an episode or worry about missing the omnibus while out for a Sunday ride. Instead, I can listen at my convenience.
Jazza is a top man. Other than him, I find most of the characters serve only to reinforce my prejudices about life in the countryside.
