I'd try contacting their customer service. I bought mine on Wiggle & contacted Wahoo directly & they sorted out a replacement when the button seal came off the side. Just needed proof of purchase.
Edit: read this as seven minutes ago, rather than seven months ago. D'oh. Hope you got your issue resolved anyway.
Got a bolt on the 24th of April. Cycled to work today with no problems put my bike in the basement and put it in my bag then went upstairs got changed. Sat down at my desk and pulled it back out and low and behold the screen is fucked. fucking cunt since its a long weekend and a sunny one at that so now computer I also bought the bundle so everything has to go back now. What are the chances that wiggle try and say i dropped it (which i haven't and there is no damage to the outside at all.)
