repair, reuse, recycle.
I've blown out the crotch of pretty much every pair of jeans I own, and have had them repaired (sometime multiple times) pretty much every time. I'm never really paying full price for jeans, so have no issue with getting them repaired (currently about £15 at @Markyboy recommended place in soho)

At what price point do people go for crotch repair v. just new jeans?
I have a pair of Naked & Famous that I quite like, nicely faded, but just ripped out the crotch picking some stuff up. Seems it would be $40 here in SF to get it fixed. I think I managed to get the jeans on sale for $100... and I have a spare new pair. Makes it a difficult decision
