Threw some parts on this while I'm waiting for my M6000 brakes to arrive:
This is the rear wheel with a flat 2.25" tyre mounted:
Looking at the shape och the chainstays in relation to the wheel (and the lack of tyre clearance) makes me think its a 26er frame :/
