Am I right in thinking that if someone has the software/scanner thing, all I'd need it a key to programme it to? They appear to be about £60 on ebay.
I think I've found that Green Flag can do it, and that maybe the call out charge would be free as they do my breakdown cover anyway....
The quote I got from car key solutions was like £215. That includes them driving over, supplying a key and programming. Not sure if it also includes them passing on my details so it can be car jacked 48 hours later.

Internet is not being helpful - people on the forum know everything - here's my simple question.
I've had a peugeot boxer van for many years. I've never had a remote key fob and have always got by with the spare. A dangerous game.
I want to get a blipper fob thing now, it's been on my list for years. How do I go about this? I have no security codes or anything. Just the spare, which is not a remote one.
As a bonus question, any ideas of approx cost?
