Bullhorn/TT brake lever

I'm in search of a bar end brake lever for a set of bullhorn bars.

Looking for something like the ones in the attached picture.

Only need the one and condition is not to important.

i think i got a pair tektro brake lever you can have for a forum donation. the one from here https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/314893/#comment14020104 will have to dig it out.
